AIMcom
Multilingual conversational automation for service businesses in India and Malaysia. Customers book, change and cancel over WhatsApp, in English or Bahasa Malaysia, and the booking lands in the system the venue already uses.
What it does
Takes the booking
Understands a request in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or the mix of both people actually speak, checks real availability, and writes the booking into the venue's own system.
Confirms and reminds
A confirmation with the venue location, then a reminder schedule the venue sets. A customer can confirm, change or cancel from the message.
Hands over when it should
Anything about allergens, dietary safety, medical or legal matters goes to a person, every time. So does an explicit request for one.
Leaves the venue in control
The venue's own booking system stays the operational surface. If this platform is unavailable, the venue carries on.
How your information is handled
If you have spoken to an automated assistant powered by AIMcom, the venue you contacted decides what is collected and why. Aimatric processes it on that venue's behalf.
In short: a conversation is kept so the venue can answer for what was agreed, recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically after a set period, your information is never shared with another venue, and you can ask for a copy of it or for it to be erased.
The detail is in the privacy policy, including who else receives it and where they are.
To exercise a right over your information, contact the venue you dealt with, or write to info@quipu.in and we will route it to them.
What it is not used for
AIMcom carries service and transactional communication only. It is not used for marketing, promotional calling or cold sales. It does not take payments, and card details are never handled by the platform. It does not identify anyone by their voice.
For venues
Two markets, two languages, and integration into the booking or point of sale system you already run. Talk to Aimatric about a pilot: contact not set.
